I HAVE ‘LA MEME’ TATTOO ON MY SKIN; I WOULD HAVE ERASED IT IF THERE WAS BEEF – DARKOVIBES

Paul Nii Amu Andrew, known in the music circle as Darkovibes, is a member of the prestigious Ghanaian music group, La Meme Geng. Darkovibes absence from the 2023 Tidal Rave Concert held on November 4th raised suspicion of him having a feud with the music group. La Meme Geng mounted the stage at the 2023 Tidal Rave Concert and gave a thrilling performance to fans in the absence of Darkovibes. In an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM, the artist cleared up the atmosphere about whether there was any hanging beef that prevented him from showing up at the program. Darkovibes revealed that he was not that sure about his availability when the arrangement was made to stage the concert, and nothing hides behind this truth. He indicated that he was also unsure about being in Ghana for the show, so he just counted that off and put his trust in his friends to do the great job as expected, and truly they delivered.
“I would say that during the whole arrangement, I didn’t even know if I was going to be in Ghana or not. So when it happened, I was like, let me just sit this one out and let my friends, a collective as La Meme, run the show, as I couldn’t make it.” Darkovibes said he was proud of the performance the boys delivered on stage when he was watching. He believed their energy and hard work on stage matched perfectly, and he was sad he could not make it. “The other members of the team showed up and showed out. Like, I was there watching everything… The boys really put in a lot of work, and they were looking forward to that experience, and they killed it. And I’m super proud; I’m sad I missed it, though,” Darkovibes explained.
He also answered some questions as to whether there was a beef between him and the group members that led to his absence, but Darkovibes dismissed the rumors as true. He said he had a tattoo of La Meme on his skin, and he would erase it if something of that nature were to happen. “Oh no, never. Please, no. I have La Meme tattooed on my skin. For me, if there’s a problem by this time, I go to the blackboard and cover it today. Trust me, there’s no problem,” he affirmed. The La Meme Geng is comprised of Darkovibes, RJZ, Kiddblack,Kwaku BS, Spacely, and Nxwrth.
